Schola Cooks: French Cuisine
Schola Cooks is a cooking school in Baltimore that offers a variety of different courses. We chose the French cuisine course which taught us to make a variety of Julia Childs recipes. We finished off the class by pairing our dishes with wines from Italy, Oregon, and France.
