I started Girls Who Swirl in 2007 as a way to combine two things I did really well – networking and drinking wine. I wanted a way to connect with other professional women in a structured but informal way, so I started sponsoring wine dinners and inviting people from my own network to join me. Since then, I’ve met over 200 women that would never have entered my orbit otherwise.
The focus and purpose of Girls Who Swirl has morphed several times over the years, but a few things have remained the same – it’s a place to find new friends and make connections (personal and professional) and a way to discover wines you probably never knew existed.
